Shun Premier 2-Piece Carving Set

The Shun Premier collection is distinguished by hand-hammered blades and walnut-coloured PakkaWood handles that evoke the artistry of traditional hand-forged knives. Hand-crafted in Japan, the blades are thin and lightweight. This carving set ensures impressive presentation and performance for slicing and serving meats, from summer barbecues to a grand festive roast.

• Set includes a 24 cm carving knife and a 16 cm carving fork.
• Blades feature a core of VG-MAX “super steel” clad on each side with 69 microthin layers of stainless-steel.
• The striking hand-hammered finish (tsuchime in Japanese) reduces drag when cutting and helps to quickly release food from the blade.
• Walnut-finish PakkaWood handles have a two-position design, providing a trigger grip for pull cuts and the perfect balance point for a pinch grip.
• Stainless-steel end caps embossed with the Shun logo add stability, strength and wide weight distribution from end to end.

Some of our stores offer Click & Collect in-store pick-up options. To find out whether an item is eligible for you to collect at a store, check the product’s information page above. After you choose the item’s colour and/or size, you’ll be able to select a store for Click & Collect if the item is available. No delivery charges apply.
