New Orleans baker, teacher and cookbook author Joy Wilson – aka Joy the Baker – is known for her fun takes on old-fashioned desserts. With our premium mix and a few fresh ingredients, you can whip up her signature blueberry pancake muffins in your own kitchen. Made with blueberries, Bourbon vanilla and natural maple, they capture authentic flapjacks-and-syrup flavour in a moist, tender muffin.

After you choose the item’s colour and/or size, you’ll be able to select a store for Click & Collect if the item is available. No delivery charges apply.
