GreenPan™ Revolution Ceramic Non-Stick Frying Pan

Pioneers of PFOA-free ceramic non-stick cookware in 2007, GreenPan continues to innovate with the Revolution Collection. The non-toxic line features a pure ceramic non-stick coating and new DuraCore technology for a hard-anodised exterior that is extremely durable and scratch-resistant. These non-stick frying pans make healthy cooking easy, with less oil and quick clean-up, and are designed to look new even after years of use. The 25 cm and 30 cm pans include a glass lid.

Use

• To prolong life of cookware, use clarified butter or high-smoke-point oils such as safflower, corn or refined olive oil.
• Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra-virgin olive oil; carbonised build-up will develop over time, causing food to stick.
• Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
• Oven and grill safe to 300°C ; lids are oven safe to 200°C.

Care

• Allow pan to cool before washing.
• Dishwasher safe.
• Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
• Stubborn food residue and stains on exterior can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
